I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker working with adults (18+) and couples navigating trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

“Healing isn’t about fixing who you are. It’s about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that have always deserved compassion.”

Who I am

I’m the founder of Internal Balance Therapy and provide services in English and Spanish. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as you reconnect with yourself and move toward lasting healing.

I believe every person has the capacity to heal. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that have helped you survive, honor the experiences that have shaped you, and build a life rooted in self-compassion, resilience, and authentic connection.

My approach

No two people experience healing in the same way. I tailor therapy to your experiences, goals, and values while drawing from evidence-based approaches that support lasting change.

My work integrates Internal Family Systems, EMDR, attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, and other trauma-informed and culturally responsive interventions. I also welcome conversations around spirituality, personal beliefs, and meaningful life experiences when they are important to your healing journey.

Consultation & supervision

I offer consultation for clinicians who want to deepen their work and better understand what shows up for them in the room.

  • Working with parts that may interfere with presence and care
  • Staying grounded with trauma and complex relational dynamics
  • Building a more attuned, culturally responsive practice
